| Bernardo's Goal: | I believe that what sets me apart from other young students and athletes is the fact that I manage to combine my classes with daily training and competitions, feeling good both psychologically and physically, achieving good results throughout the school year and in the competitions, I take part in. I've also been involved in another activity since I was 8 years old, taking English classes from basic level up to the present day, which gives me added value for the future, since the English language is essential nowadays in any profession or place. I feel like a happy and fulfilled teenager, adjusting daily to these activities in an organized and focused way. I practice athletics in the city of Coimbra, which is about 20 kilometers from my home and the town where I study, with almost no transport network, but reconciling my parents' professional lives, I go to the Cidade de Coimbra Stadium almost every day to train. It is with great pleasure and satisfaction that I have had positive results in these areas of my life (school and sport), not forgetting that I have a good family relationship, having what is called an extended family, since I am the son of separated parents, and I am always present at family activities and gatherings. I feel like a happy young man, because with my dedication and focus, I intend to continue achieving positive results both at school and as an athlete. |
